How do I change my account or address details?

Your account details - including username, password, and address - can be updated on the My Account page.


Are there any order limits?

Purchases on this website are for your personal use and that it is a condition of sale that you do not on-sell any wine. Treasury Wine Estates reserves the right to reject orders which we consider to be other than for personal use.


Is there any freight charge?

Freight charges can be found here.


When will my wine be delivered?

The Winery Collection offers delivery to most UK mainland addresses via our delivery partner. Our delivery partner will contact you before your order leaves our warehouse to arrange a delivery date. We aim to deliver your wine within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order. A signature from a named contact over 18 years of age is required upon delivery.


Not all of my wine has arrived — where is the rest of my delivery?

We apologise for any inconvenience. Please Contact us so we can find out where your missing delivery is.


Can I request that my wine be left at my premises?

No, our delivery partner will require a named contact over the age of 18 to provide a signature upon delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended at a premises.


Can I request a specific delivery time?

No, however our delivery partner will contact you before your order leaves our warehouse to arrange a delivery date that suits you.


What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?

In the unlikely case you are not home during your chosen delivery time, our delivery partner will try to contact you and attempt to redeliver your order.


Can I change my delivery address after my order has been processed?

Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed so we recommend taking the time to check the delivery address before placing your order.

Is a VAT invoice provided?

You will receive an order confirmation email which serves as a VAT invoice. If you need to resend the order confirmation email you can do this via the My Account section.

Please Contact Us and quote your order number if you are having issues sourcing your VAT invoice.


What if I want to cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed so we recommend taking the time to carefully check the details before placing an order.

What is your policy for returns and refunds?

The party receiving the order will be required to sign for proof of delivery, meaning they have fully checked the goods and are accepting receipt in full. Refunds will not be made if The Winery Collection has full proof of delivery.
